Well today I ran with the girls and walked and ran alone. Covered 3.88 miles in 1 hour. It was darn hot that's for sure. We ran .75 miles with wagon in tow, Stella ran most of that in her uniform again. She's too funny. I pulled them the remainder of the .75 miles and walked about a half loop before dropping them off. Then I ran about 2.5 miles alone, which included some walking since I have a lot of rust to get out of my system. Then I picked them up at the house, redressed G and walked another loop. It was a fun day. This inner tube around my gut has got to go. And man do I ever have to readjust to warmer weather running again. I can tell it's been too long. Overall it felt really good to start getting out there this week. Warrior Dash is 33 days away.
